A Trip to the Top of The World

Back in October 2011, I traveled to Tanzania to scale the tallest mountain in Africa - Mount Kilimanjaro. It was an intense experience hiking and camping outside for 8 days, but one that I’ll never forget. 

Even though I had to battle altitude sickness most of the way on my Kilimanjaro climb, I am thankful I was able to see the top of the world.

I know this is ages old news, but these videos by Rick Mereki are just absolutely brilliant. It’s amazing how he depicted the wonders of travel and new experiences. Incredibly inspiring.
